cancellation policy
I ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee.
The cancellation fee is as follows:
Canceling or rescheduling your appointment under 24 hours in advance you will be charged 50 percent of the price of your scheduled appointment
No call/no show appointments, you will be charged 100 percent of the scheduled service
late policy
If you are more than 20 minutes late to your scheduled appointment, you will be asked to reschedule and you will be charged 100 percent of the scheduled service.
refund policy
I always want my guests to feel more than happy with their service! If you are ever dissatisfied regarding your hair, please reach out to me. Complimentary adjustments will be made within the first 7 days after the appointment.
Keep in mind, a complimentary adjustment does not take place if you changed your mind about a color or extension service, in this scenario an additional charge can take place. Each scenario is circumstantial and will be tailored per client’s needs.
child policy
Although I love littles, because I am in a small space, I kindly ask you not to bring children to your appointment!
